Description
Showcasing popular floral motifs of the 17th century, this delightful reticule, containing a needlebook and scissor fob, is worked onto 36-count cream linen with a subtle palette of stranded silk threads including Indian blue, laurel, bronze and terracotta.
Yellow silk is used to line the bag and book and each piece is finished with a twisted cord and tassel, ranging in size and style from the simple knotted cord on the needlebook to the large, ornate tassel at the base of the fob.
